  Hello. My name is Watanabe Ten. The theme of this article is that the number one person is the mediator. No matter what leader you are, you need a mediator. The number one person almost always needs to be someone elected by other parties. Even that president, there have been many different presidents, and even the president who is the leader of a certain country's party, went through an election.

The position of president is unique, and the term of office is generally about eight years. After two elections, the president can have an eight-year career. Eight years may seem long, but it is actually short. This is because there are almost always manifestos (promises) that must be fulfilled during the term.

The position of president is essentially the number one in practical matters and refers to the top administrative official, but the president should also be a coordinator and the face of the nation.

Speaking of number one, their job is negotiation as a leader. In other words, it is foreign diplomacy, and they negotiate between countries with diplomats as secretaries. Furthermore, they are in a managerial position, so they need to exercise personnel authority as managers or leaders.

An excellent leader also trains new employees and acts as the gatekeeper, serving as the first point of contact for new employees. In my opinion, number one must be number one in terms of ability and overall strength, but more than that, they must be a generalist.

And as a generalist leader, my most important task is to act as a coordinator who brings together a group of specialists. A specialist's greatest weapon is their expertise, and I believe that the number two position should be a T-shaped specialist, a talented person with multiple specialties, who can carry out their duties.

Unlike leaders of the past, humility is important for today's leaders. Leaders of all eras have fallen from grace by quickly becoming arrogant. To remain in power as a leader for a long time, I think it's best to think of yourself as about average. That's just my personal opinion, though...

Now, one thing that interests me is the difference between a king and a president. A president's term is 4 years x 2 = 8 years, while a king remains king for life until he retires. The position of king is very special. He almost always needs financial resources. He needs to provide his people with food, clothing, and shelter, and bestow many benefits.

Nowadays, kingdoms may seem small, but kings cover their national finances by collecting taxes from the people. However, I have recently come to think that the king himself needs to earn the national budget. Bureaucrats get budgets and do their jobs. The work of bureaucrats is a public position, and administrative activities are funded by taxes, but it leads to enormous waste.

I have doubts about the organization known as government. Is government really necessary? This is one question I have. In some cases, governments have resorted to reigns of terror. They have given birth to dictators and even committed genocide. However, the organization known as government can be said to be the greatest wisdom of our time.

In my opinion, running a country through a corporation, especially a holding company, is the most cutting edge of thinking. A country run by a company. If a company were to act as a substitute for the government, then reigns of terror or dictatorships would no longer exist. Even during the war.
